王春德

王春德,男,19672月生,山东即墨人,二级教授,中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所、浙江海洋大学和青岛农业大学博士生导师研究生学历,哲学博士学位毕业于加拿大Dalhousie大学贝类生理学专业从事贝类育种与养殖技术相关研究和教学工作,担任中国动物学会贝类学分会常务委员。

主持国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金山东省良种工程项目等项目30,担任国家重点研发计划项目首席和山东省贝类创新体系岗位专家

主要从事贝类遗传育种、育苗和养殖技术研究,先后培育出扇贝“渤海红”等4个国审水产新品种,已成为我国北方主要的养殖扇贝品种,选育出毛蚶高抗品系3个,已进入推广阶段。率先完成了紫扇贝、海湾扇贝、象拔蚌和毛蚶等多个经济贝类的染色体水平基因组测序和组装,解析了生长、寿命和育性等重要经济性状的遗传机制,为贝类分子育种打下基础。近年来主持科研项目30项,发表专业论文98篇,其中SCI论文67篇,获得国审新品种证书4项,国家发明专利授权44项,国际专利PCT授权4项,美国专利授权4项,获得2022年青岛市科技进步一等奖。先后被评为烟台市“双百计划”A类人才、中央电视台2012年 “大地之子”年度农业科技人物、山东省“泰山学者”海外特聘专家和国家“千人计划”特聘专家。已培养博士研究生3人,硕士研究生30余人。

  1. 扇贝育种方面,先后引进加拿大深海扇贝、风向标扇贝、欧洲大扇贝和紫扇贝等优质养殖品种,利用紫扇贝与海湾扇贝杂交首次培育成功雌雄同体型扇贝种间杂交后代,首次发现雄性不育的个体,经多代选育成功培育出扇贝“渤海红”、“青农2号”、“青农金贝”和“橙黄1号”等4个国审新品种,其中扇贝“渤海红”和扇贝“青农2号”成为我国北方海域的主要扇贝养殖品种,“橙黄1号”成为我国南方海域的主要扇贝养殖品种。先后培育出耐高温、耐低温和耐低盐的扇贝“渤海红”新品系及耐高温、耐低温和抗弧菌的毛蚶新品系。

  2. 在贝类分子育种方面,率先完成了紫扇贝、海湾扇贝、墨西哥湾扇贝、象拔蚌和毛蚶等多个经济贝类的染色体水平基因组测序和组装,完成了紫海杂交扇贝单倍型基因组测序和组装,解析了杂交生长、寿命和育性等重要经济性状的遗传机制,为贝类分子育种打下基础。

  3. 在育苗和养殖技术方面,率先设计并建成了新能源、智能化和环保型的贝类育苗场系统,在原水处理、智能化取热调温、微藻密闭式自动化高效养殖系统和自动投饵系统等方面取得突破,提高了贝类育苗场的智能化水平。在国内外首次开发出贝类机械化设施底养装备,大大拓展了贝类养殖空间,降低了人力成本,具有广阔的应用空间。
